PeoplesHub Workshop – Connect online as an individual

Simple Grounding and Connection Exercises: 5 Minutes Toward Freedom

Join us for an interactive hour and a half of sharing and learning short grounding and centering exercises we can use at the openings of gatherings, in moments of anxiety, and in our day-to-day life. These exercises will allow us to care for ourselves and our immediate community, especially during times when we need to be reminded of our peace and miraculousness.
